Stainless Steel Jewellery
The good thing about stainless steel is that it does not tarnish or rust and they are waterproof. Although it is also very durable, this type of steel can get scratched. This is why you should follow some simple rules to keep your stainless steel jewellery in good condition.
Stainless steel jewellery is pretty easy to clean. Simply follow these steps:
1. Pour some warm water in a small bowl, and add some mild dishwashing soap.
2. Dip a soft, lint-free cloth in the soapy water, and then gently wipe the stainless steel jewellery with the damp cloth until the piece is clean.
When cleaning it, rub the item along its polish lines.
3. Wipe the remaining soap off your jewellery using a moist cloth dipped in clean water.
4. Dry the jewellery well with a clean towel, and then leave your pieces to air dry.
After your stainless steel jewellery is clean, you can use a jewellery polish or a polishing cloth to shine it. Store your stainless steel pieces separately from jewellery made of other metals. It is best if you keep your stainless steel items in individual bags or pouches.
Please do not use your bronze jewellery with water and chemicals. Our all bronze jewellery are nickel free and anti allergic. When storing your bronze jewellery, it is important that there is no moisture present. Always wipe any moisture off the jewellery and then store in an airtight container or bag. You can also use anti-tarnish paper to wrap the jewellery in before you store it.
Don’t expose bronze jewelry to chemicals such as chlorine or household detergents as this will damage the bronze. Excessive cleaning and polishing can also wear out your bronze jewelry and affect its durability so do this only when required. However, wiping your bronze jewelry before and after wearing is recommended as it cleans the piece without affecting its luster.

Return & Exchange Policy
Faulty item : We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your Ezavision jewellery. Unfortunately sometimes these kind of issues happens during transportation. Our customer service team would be happy to help you - Please contact us before returning your item to us, so that our team -can advise you of next steps and time frames for a refund or replacement item. If you can send a photo, it always speed up the process.
Exchange: If you would like to exchange an item you will need to contact us before sending item back. And you will need to return the original order to our office. Any returned orders must be sent back within 14 days of receipt (UK and International deliveries). Please ensure that your returns are sent back must be unused, unmarked and undamaged and must be sent with the original packaging. Unfortunately we are not able to accept exchange or returns for hygiene reasons on earrings unless faulty.
Refund: Your satisfaction comes first. However, if the goods do not meet your expectations you may return the items within 14 days of receipt for a refund. (we advise you to use a tracked delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll send you an email with an update. Returns are usually processed within seven working day, although this may vary during busy periods.
Please also note that international customs duties and sales taxes may occur are the responsibility of the customer. If you made an order and you have not received your products or refused the delivery due to these taxes, no refund will be made for these orders.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
