Unfortunately! We do not offer custom jewellery design services.
3. What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy on all our products except earrings. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Earrings are not returnable-refundable for hygienic reasons. Please refer to our Return Policy page for full details.
4. How do I care for my jewellery?
To maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewellery, we recommend storing it in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Avoid exposure to chemicals, lotions, and perfumes. Regularly clean your jewellery with a soft cloth.
The good thing about stainless steel is that it does not tarnish or rust and they are waterproof. Although it is also very durable, this type of steel can get scratched. This is why you should follow some simple rules to keep your stainless steel jewellery in good condition.
Stainless steel jewellery is pretty easy to clean. Simply follow these steps:
-Pour some warm water in a small bowl, and add some mild dishwashing soap.
- Dip a soft, lint-free cloth in the soapy water, and then gently wipe the stainless steel jewellery with the damp cloth until the piece is clean.
When cleaning it, rub the item along its polish lines.
- Wipe the remaining soap off your jewellery using a moist cloth dipped in clean water.
- Dry the jewellery well with a clean towel, and then leave your pieces to air dry.
After your stainless steel jewellery is clean, you can use a jewellery polish or a polishing cloth to shine it. Store your stainless steel pieces separately from jewellery made of other metals. It is best if you keep your stainless steel items in individual bags or pouches.
5. Do you offer resizing services?
No, we do not offer resizing services for rings and other jewellery pieces. Some of our items comes with different sizes and some of them are already adjustable.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number on our website or the courier’s website to monitor the progress of your delivery.
7. What are your payment options?

13. Can I request an engraving on a piece of jewellery?
No, unfortunately we do not offer engraving services .
14. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
15. Do you offer any warranties on your products?
Yes, we offer a warranty on all our jewellery pieces to cover manufacturing defects. The duration of the warranty varies by product. Please refer to our Warranty Section down to the page for more details.
16. How do I sign up for your newsletter?

Limited Warranty for our pieces
1. Warranty Coverage
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for all stainless steel jewellery purchased directly from EzaVision. The warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
2. What This Warranty Covers
• Manufacturing Defects: This warranty covers any defects in the materials or craftsmanship of the stainless steel jewellery that result from the manufacturing process.
• Structural Integrity: This warranty covers issues related to the structural integrity of the jewellery, including breakage under normal wear and tear conditions.
3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not cover:
• Normal Wear and Tear: Fading, scratches, or other minor cosmetic issues that occur as a result of regular use.
• Damage from Improper Care: Damage caused by improper use, including exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, or impact.
• Accidental Damage: Any damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or modifications to the jewellery.
• Loss or Theft: This warranty does not cover loss or theft of the jewellery.
• Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs or modifications performed by any party other than EzaVision will void this warranty.
4. Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Customer Service: Email our customer service team at info@ezavision.com to initiate a claim. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.
2. Return the Jewellery: If instructed, ship the defective jewellery back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item.
3. Inspection: Upon receiving the jewellery, our team will inspect it to determine if the defect is covered under this warranty.
4. Resolution: If the defect is covered, we will repair or replace the jewellery at no additional cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a store credit or refund the purchase price.
5. Limitations and Disclaimers
• No Other Warranties: This limited warranty is the only warranty provided by EzaVision for stainless steel jewellery. No other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Ezavision be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, whether arising from the use or inability to use the product, or otherwise.
